Thin and uncomfortable pillows!!! Limited parking availability!!! Gym lacking essential equipment!!! My room had no coffee machine or fridge, making it inconvenient!!! Also, shower leaks created a wet floor issue during my stay!!!

A modern hotel with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Convenient transport options and close proximity to the beautiful English Gardens make it an ideal stay.
Pillows were uncomfortably flat, and limited parking created stress upon arrival, a real dampener for an otherwise pleasant experience.
